I really want to do chemical engineering/ biomedical engineering but when i was choosing my a levels i was set on doing medicine so I’ve picked a level chem, bio and maths it’s not going to possible for me to do physics a level within a year i’ll just end up with bad grades, can anyone lmk about universities that accept these subjects for chemical engineering or biomedical engineering.

I just googled Chemical Engineering Subject requirements
The first 5 to appear were Cambridge, Manchester, Bath, Birmingham and Edinburgh, and none of them required Physics.
You're fine

theres loads of places that will accept you happily if you don't have physics a level. most only require maths a level with the possibility of another stem related subject which you have. the alternative being doing a foundation year if you really wanted to attend a uni course that did require physics.

I applied for Chemical Engineering this year and none of my offers so far required physics. It was either maths and chemistry or maths and a science subject so you should be good.

You don’t need physics for either course - make sure to do maths definitely with one other science
