Hey just wondering how the appeals process would go if you were lik 2 /3 marks off

the threshold for priority 1 and 2 was actually insanely low, i dont get why free school meals gets that advantage

whats the diffrence between priority 1 and 2 and priority 3 and 4. Did only the people in Priority 3 and 4 receieve an invite for the interview?

no, everyone who passed their priority's threshold got in, e.g., 1 and 2 were 351, and 3 and 4 were 433. priority 1 is in care, 2 is free school meals, 3 is living in a london borough and 4 is everyone else. i think 😭

ohhh that makes so much sense why i got higher than 351 but still didnt get invited and the reason free school meals and in care people get an advantage is because Harris westminister is a public school and those criterias being ticked provide more funding from the government

thats true it is quite a big gap but ima blame it on the horrendous maths test and hopefully try to get in after i receive my gcse results by going in person ig?

I already did hopefully theyll be able to provide me with an official solid answer. Harris was my first choice idk what im gonna do now 😞

you can do that? and dont even get me started on that maths exam, i have no idea how someone couldve done remotely good on that. the fact that their example paper on the website was nothing alike didnt help at all either. but yh please elaborate on what u mean by going in person bc my grades might be the only thing saving me rn

btw sorry for so many questions but like what did u say for ur reason of appeal bc it has to be according to one of their 3 reasons and thats putting me off bc i dont have a case 😭
