Do I Need a level maths to do medicine?

I’ve seen so many people taking maths that want to get into medicine, but I really want to do psychology and spanish (along with biology and chemistry)! Do I need maths?

No. Biology and chemistry are the most useful, but the 3rd can be anything (although be careful with Art, some places don't allow it). Your third subject should be another favourite of yours, coz you'll be spending many hours working to get that A grade! Iwould definitely advise AGAINST doing 4. You might get 4 B's not 3 A's, and that is no good for medicine.
If you want to do Bio Psych and Spanish, have a look, some places will allow it, but it will restrict your choice for strategic applications

Hey what places don’t allow Art specifically? There are unis that require 3 science or 2 sciences and maths but there aren’t many that are that strict but I don’t think I’ve seen a medical school specifically say they don’t accept art.

Unless you’re applying to Cambridge, no.
Taking 4 subjects isnt the best idea for a med applicant, or any student who isnt doing double maths and 2 other subjects really.
Do you have to do 4? If not then id suggest dropping one subject early into year 12 if you really want to try doing all 4 to begin with.
