Like the users in the thread said all those years ago, CH3CH2CH2OH3 doesn't exist - to my knowledge at least. I looked at the thread and I'm assuming it was a typo in whatever question book OP was using. Here's the three options I think it could be instead based on the formula. I'd like to reiterate that CH3CH2CH2OH3 does not exist though.
CH3CH2CH2OH - Propan-1-ol
CH3CH2C(OH)3 - Propan-1,1,1-triol
CH3CH2CH2C(OH)3 - Butan-1,1,1-triol
