How to start thorough scheduled revision

Hi I need to really to focus in now on my a levels but I don’t really know how to stay motivated to stick to a timetable and do regular, useful studying. How are people committing to it 100% and not drifting away?

I tend feel a lack of motivation for doing things when I don’t really see the value in doing it. But if you feel like your grades aren't at the level you want or you aiming for a specific uni or apprenticeship etc, it can really motivate you to work a lot harder.

I prefer to revise after sixth form because I am able to focus better with minimal distractions compared to being a home.
I have never used a revision timetable but I structure my revision by making a list of any gaps in my knowledge and working through it.

A Levels are very hard, but you need to motivate yourself to revise. Don't overwhelm yourself by doing a lot all at once, break it up and continue to go back to older content as well. Good luck.
