Anyone applied for this and waiting for results?

Me! Had my interview just under 2 weeks ago. They told me that interviews were ongoing for 2-3 weeks. How did yours go? Good luck BTW.

Mine was the 27th, wasn’t sure whether I was one of the first or last to be interviewed and forgot to ask. I think it went well but I’ve applied for Leeds which is always really competitive so not too sure, how about you? Good luck too!

Mine was also the 27th! what time was yours?! We probably had the same interviewers but I've applied for different location. I think it went well too but you never know do you. Are you internal?

External, I had also applied for the EO role in Disability Services but am on a reserve list for that. Just seen the status has changed to awaiting results so hopefully they will be out tomorrow 😖

Any update your end?

Nothing. Sent an email on Monday and they replied saying “it could take up to two weeks but we are hopeful it will be mid to late this week” so fingers crossed for tomorrow

Reserve list for me, again!

Well done to you, unfortunately I was unsuccessful- I scored a 4, then 3's across the board and a 5 on strengths so just missed out. A bit de flated but ill try again in a few months. Fingers crossed you get called from the list. Best of luck 👍

Sorry to hear that, I had applied to 10 CS jobs prior to this and was unsuccessful every time. You’re obviously very close to the standard though so definitely keep trying! All the best to you 🙂

I scored 25 so I think I will be closer to the bottom end of the reserve list but I’m just looking at it as progress 🥲

Wow that's an amazing score you must have had 5 /6'/7s in the behaviours! Well done and fingers crossed for you!

Sorry I meant 18 for the behaviours and 7 for the strengths so a total of 25
Behaviours were 4,4,5,5 and strengths were 4,3
The minimum pass would have been 4,4,4,4 on behaviours and 3,3 on strengths (AFAIK if you score less than 4 on behaviours and 3 on strengths it’s an automatic fail, even if you scored higher on other questions… so in theory someone could score less than you but be successful even if you scored more and failed 🫠)

Amazing well done but It's so odd how they do it isn't it.
So mine was 4, 3, 3, 3 for the behaviours, and in the strengths I was given a 5. I'm sure I was asked 2 strength questions though. Do you think they would have combined these to make the 5? Hopefully they havnt forgotten to mark my other strength question lol is it worth me querying or would it not matter either way? Hope that makes sense!

strengths are marked out of 4 I believe, so if you got 5 I think you will have got either 3 and 2 or 4 and 1?
