Is the tenancy until May/June or is it a summer tenancy?

It’s till 19/0725 and you have the option to extend it if needed. You can also release it earlier.

Yeah it’s available now. I’m not in the room atm as I dropped out. But the last bill I paid in January covers your rent till April 16th. So if u wanna move in lmk. Also can pay in instalment or whatever u want overtime etc
