Top-up to BEng (Hons) Degree

I have a HND in computer science, I studied for 4 years at Portsmouth university (3 year course with a repeat year). I am now looking to do a top-up 1 year full time course in software engineering to get BEng (Hons) degree. Can I get student funding to do this course?

Hi, my original funding application was for a degree in computer science but unfortunately, after four years at Portsmouth University I only achieved the DipHE (Level 5 qualification). Now I want to top up that qualification to a BEng (Hons) Degree in Software Engineering. I have seen a course at London Metropolitan University for 1 year full time and wanted to know if I would get funding for this. I am a UK national. Thanks
