Why is Leeds Trinity University no. 1 for Journalism?

There are 130 UK universities on the school league tables, and Leeds Trinity is ranked 116th. League tables don't necessarily tell you everything you need to know about a uni and shouldn't be the sole reason why you choose a school, but they are still somewhat significant to me and something I consider when looking at universities.

I'm confused on why Leeds Trinity has consistently been ranked high for Journalism across different subject ranking sites. It isn't the most reputable and is based in Yorkshire. Leeds is generally a good city for media, but I would expect the top school for Journalism in the country to be in London. I applied to Leeds Trinity because I want to study journalism and it was on top, and currently I'm looking at placing the University of Sheffield as my firm, but I am so curious as to why LT is ranked higher than schools like Sheffield, Leeds, and City St George's for my course. What has the university done over the years that make them the leading journalism school? I might put it as my insurance.

I think it's to do with the Guardian League Table basing their rankings off of a small amount of factors, including: Satisfied with teaching, Satisfied with feedback, Student to staff ratio, Spend per student/10, Average entry tariff, Value added score/10, Career after 15 months, Continuation. I doubt the Guardian actually visit each individual uni, but instead likely take a selection of students from each uni and base their judgements off of their comments.
