UAL Level 3 Foundation in Art & Design Issue

I had begun my application on the 28th January and received an email confirming that I had started it. I went back to continue it today and it said that my application has been cancelled as i’ve already applied for this course, which is not the case. It is very unlikely that i submitted it by accident because as i have applied to other UAL courses I am able to see all of my applications on the portal and it isn’t on there. The foundation year is my top choice and the deadline is this month so i’m a little stressed, i have emailed the admissions team and am waiting for a reply. I was wondering if this kind of thing has ever happened to anyone else at all?
