Do UCL look at TMUA?

I'm applying for BSc Mathematics, I got a 5.4 in the October TMUA. Will admissions be able to see this?

UCL doesn't look at the TMUA as far as I know. Also the grades changed in the TMUA Oct 2024 sitting, a 5.0 is equivalent to a 6.5 in previous years, which is above average, so if you're thinking you didn't do great, you did. Good luck.

Thanks for the response, do you think this TMUA is good for Imperial?
Also, I only got 7766665554 at GCSE, so do you think my TMUA will negate this?

I really couldn't tell you. I don’t know much about the admissions process at Imperial as I didn't apply there, so I can't say, but for the most competitive unis, usually the answer is those GCSEs may not be good enough. Just don’t get your hopes up too much. But it is highly unlikely you'll get no offers whatsoever. Good luck.

I didn't say they did or didn't. I made it very clear that I don't know, but I have seen people get rejected from "top" unis due to GCSEs so I made a assumption. There are many factors involved in this person potentially getting an offer but as I don’t work in imperial admissions, and I haven’t reviewed their application and compared it to others, I simply cannot say. I wish them the best though
