Advise for GCSE in 3 months

I have my gcse's soon, but I am not sure what I should do to revise properly. I need to work on English, but not sure how. So do you have any advice?

for english literature, don't use flashcards use blurting and mind maps. so I would say pick a character eg Mr birling and write everything you know on a mind map about him, his beliefs (he has capitalist views so he believes that the bourgeoisie is better than the proletariat blah blah) his key quotes any themes that direct to him and just write it on a piece of paper, (so that u can use it again and again if u need to) you can look at websites or text books for help

then once you are done, get a whiteboard or if u don't have, then another piece of paper and write everything you remember like EVERYTHING. then once you are done see what you missed out and write it in another pen and do it again until you remember a lot about that character.

next I would say is to focus on how to write an essay because you will be in that exam for 1 hour plus and of course you don't want to be waffling you should KNOW what to write and how to structure it or else you wont get many marks. try use PEEL which means point, evidence, explain (analysis), link back to the question and make sure u talk about writers intentions and how the reader feels (do not say it makes the reader want to read on istg u will not get marked for that teachers HATE IT)

for english language, watch videos like mr bruff and mr salles i think they are rly helpful and learn structure bc u dont want to write in the exam without a certain structure as it wont get u any marks (guilty...) and do past questions and ask ur teachers to mark it for you and they can give you feedback and advice!! for question 5 on both papers im so terrible at them so ive been practising my creative writing by reading books and idk like just figuring out new words and techniques so i can use them. for paper 2 q5 idk abt that try not to use many statistics? my teacher told me i shouldnt use many statistics in my paper and not to be repetive.

omg i realised i wrote so much i rly hope this was helpful to you and this wasn't me yapping and yapping.....this actually helped me as well bc im not super amazing at english lang so now i know how to study 😀 let me know if u need anything else <3

the lightup hub (the website isnt free however she has many youtube videos that give out structures and advice)
gizmo ai is very helpful as well it tests your knowledge and gives u many flashcards (flashcards are better on digital so dont waste ur time with paper flashcards for english its better for other subjects)
i also use seneca to learn characters/poems for literature i think its very helpful for me

a new structure ive learnt is PETAETAZ from the light uphub videos which means point, evidence, technique, analysis, evidence, technique, analysis and zoom in on a certain word its soo helpful omg i think this is the video https://youtu.be/MX0h0vajz3o?feature=shared

u can also use PMT for past papers
