Careers in Law, Finance, Medicine and Engineering tend to be high paying depending on role and experience but you should not want to pursue a career just for the money. I think law is possible for you as they don't have any specific subject combos, but if you picked those A Levels, it doesn't seem like you love reading or writing essays (unless you have a change of heart) so may not be for you. It will be difficult for you to get on most Engineering courses without A Level Physics. You could go into Finance and get a degree in economics, finance, stats or anything else maths related to be fair. I don't think it would be the best idea for you to want to become a doctor, you need to have an intense desire to become a doctor and help people to get through years of learning. Find out what you're passionate about you'll find a good job from there, I'm not saying money is not important but you don't want to have a job you'll hate.

You may want to do some reading about Economics, this will help you decide if it is the degree you want to persue as you didn’t do it A Level (which is not necessary) and if you choose to go for it, also you can talk about any books you read for example to your personal statement.

Economics is extremely competitive course and it is hard to get into 'top' unis for it. You need to have strong predicted or achieved grades of course, a very strong personal statement and a lot of 'top' unis ask for an entrance exam too, usually the TMUA. You can believe you have all of those factors and still get rejected.

All I have are your grades and even if I had your application in front of me, I still couldn't tell you whether you'll get an offer or not. This is because I don’t work in admissions for a highly ranked uni for economics and I haven’t compared it to other applications.
