nope, i applied in december tho and only took the ESAT in january, so they dont have the ESAT results yet, when did you do the ESAT?

ohhh same here. But im so confused, my friend took esat on the same day as me (7 jan) and they already got an interview?? For chem engineering tho.

ohh no way, congrats to them! maybe the chem eng school puts less importance on the esat? or maybe your friend had a really strong application?

I applied in Oct and got the interview in Nov I think. I was asked some design questions where I was given scenarios and tasks then came up solutions to them. And there was one maths question(A Level) and understanding on components in a product.

Probably a strong application. do you know when the cutoff for interviews are?? ive seen Feb or March on imperial website - so really losing hope now

i saw dec-feb on the website, but i may be wrong 😭, ive pretty much given up on imperial, especially since i dont think i did very well on the esat
what other unis have you applied to?

Yes. I applied in Mid-November. Just had my interview today

Had one mid january and i applied in october just after oxbridge deadline
