Herriot Watt conditional offer

I have received a conditional offer to Herriot Watt. I have 2A, 1C and 1D at higher.
This year I am studying 2 higher and 1 advanced higher. The advanced higher subject I already have an A at higher.
My conditional offer was to get another 2 highers at a B.
Would Herriot Watt consider my advanced higher?
I have emailed twice to ask and no response.

Hello,

Well done on receiving a conditional offer at Heriot-Watt!
Since you already have an A at Higher level for the same subject as your Advanced Higher, we cannot count the Advanced Higher. The only exception would be if you achieved a better grade in your Advanced Higher, but since your Higher grade is an A, this isn't possible.
