Tenancy Takeover in Nottingham

Hi im looking for a student who would like to move in to my room. This room is located at Graystacks house 14 near to the Nottingham castle (NG71GY).
15 min walk from the train station also 15 min walk from the city center is also the local shops are just about 5 min walk from the building right the opposite side of the canal near to the building there is parking aviability close and for scooters and motorcycles/normal bike-cycles there are storage places available right front of the house.
The rent was £180/week and you only need £165/week from me, all bills included . It is available now and until 3 Sep, 2025.
The nearbours are nice welcoming people there is 12 room and 8 of them occupied currently but most of the people over here are quiet also is a mix of Uni of Notts and NTU students the living and the kitchen is shared among all of us but it has 4 fridges and 2 oven also is a bigger then an ordinary with brand new equipments also the we having a cleaner coming every week to clean the kitchen and the living room. In the bottom part of the building there is a shared washing room which contain a washing machine and a dryer.
