Yea it's possible, you need to get on the grind for the next four months.
English Language would be the hardest one as it's very luck-based and you can't prepare for it as well as the others, but going up a grade across the others is reasonable.

The only subject I'd really quantify in hours is French, the best strategy I found for languages was to just "grind" through all of the words on the specification vocabulary. I used Memrise for this with a specific custom course for my spec. Learn all of the tense structures too and you should have enough for most of the papers.

Otherwise, most subjects shouldn't need that many hours of revision tbh, what you're doing in STEM subjects seems to be working, so I'd do more past papers and learn the mark schemes.

English Lit I don't recommend learning all of the poems nor too many quotes, I managed to scrape a 9 only using a few (3-6) quotes on each 25/40 marker. It's a good idea to learn the context of each play/book/poem though so you can guarantee you understand the extract/poem given. Doing Lit should help with Lang but I'd recommend learning a rough idea of your creative writing story for Language, I wish I'd done that.
