Hi, i’m thinking of apply for IR at edinburgh, st andrews, and glasgow next year. I was wondering what extra and super curriculars you did in preparation as well as your grades. I’m so nervous i’m not doing enough and my time is running out so it would be great to see what other people are doing.

I did not really do anything extra for IR as quite difficult to get experience just discussed why the subject interests me. As I’ve applied to do it with modern language discussed being a language ambassador and helping classes in school during study periods. I’ve 2 unconditional offers, waiting to hear from other 3. I applied to IR at Edinburgh, IR and IR+MES st andrews, and IR+politics at strath and aberdeen. I've gotten offers from Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Strath just waiting on the 2 st andrews courses

yeah I did, currently have unconditionals for glasgow and st andrews!
