Tutor2U has topic videos on YouTube on each of these theories. They give you all of the information you need for each theory so hopefully these help you

In terms of learning it, active recall is best so you can remember the information. So you could first use the information from the videos to make notes in your own words to understand it. Then you could blurt the information, make flashcards for spaced repetition, make mind maps etc. so you remember it.

Hope this helps

I studied social science at uni, and what helped most was combining theory with current events. It’s such a broad field—sociology, politics, economics—so narrowing your focus early helps. Group discussions and case studies made everything click for me. If you’re analytical and curious about how society works, social science gives you a strong foundation for multiple career paths.
