Incoming international student from the Philippines

I only have a bachelor's degree from a Filipino university (Adamson University), and I am currently studying law at another university in the Philippines (Arellano University School of Law) but I took this semester off because I would like to continue my legal studies at City, University of London.

My question is, what are the additional qualifications or requirements must I fulfill in addition to the language requirements in order to be admitted to the program? and also according to the website, students from other countries must have "An approved degree conferred by an institution outside the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, and a very good knowledge of the English language" is my bachelor's degree that is already conferred enough?

Thank you

In terms of English language requirements they will (usually) require you IELTS in the UK universities. Mine as I applied to a few ones. If you haven't taken it, I assume you can still apply and once you get an offer, they will ask for it and then you can take the IELTS exam done in many sites in Manila. Then once passed, you can send/upload it to them.

Hello! Proof of English proficiency is only waived if the applicant is a national of a majority English-speaking country or has completed a university degree in such a country. The list of countries is provided here: https://www.gov.uk/student-visa/knowledge-of-english

In your case, you will need to provide an English language test or qualification. The accepted tests and qualifications are listed here: https://www.citystgeorges.ac.uk/prospective-students/apply/entry-requirements. Specific requirements are outlined in the [Entry requirements] for each course.

Best wishes,
Audrey
