I had finished BAE Systems Engineering interview last week? How many days normally they take?

It will vary depending on how many assessment centers they have, there process for selecting candidates. Unfortunately the process can take several weeks if they run 2 or 3 assessment centers, & then get further elongated especially if you’re put on hold (where they make offers to some candidates wait for the preferential candidate to accept/reject before getting back to some candidates). Id say if you don’t hear back after 2 weeks then a polite check-up is ok, just don’t give them ultimatums, this is a quick way to get a rejection.
