special education college constantly belittling me

I just really need to know if this is normal or not since it is quite literally driving me crazy.
As a preface I should mention I am autistic and attend a college geared towards other autistic and neurodivergent people since I am in no state to attend a normal college.
My issue is that the teachers constantly belittle me and probably other students and treat me like an incapable toddler. I messaged one of my teachers this morning saying I would probably be coming in later today since I am stressed and did not sleep, in response I was informed they would be contacting my dad since I am absent, mind I am an adult and they have never once done this before. It's like they run a college specifically for students who have issues and then get annoyed when said students have issues.
On top of all that the work they give us somedays is something you would expect to be done by an infant; "how to be nice", "how to deal with your emotions", and all other infantilising things.
Sorry if this is a bit of a rant, it is just really frustrating TwT Is there anything I can do? I'm already extremely close to just dropping out.

Good G*d. I hope this isn't too much to ask, but being autistic myself, you don't have anyone acting as power of attorney for you, do you? (Even if your parents do everything for you, legally they aren't actually allowed to if you're over the age of 16/18 depending where in the country you are, unless they have "power of attorney" for you, Google it)

Please contact Mencap or the national autistic society as a matter of urgency and ask for help. Tell them everything you said here. You should not be in a place like this if you don't have control of your own life and you're not being treated with respect. You're an adult for goodness sake.

I can't help further, but get help and don't stop asking for help until someone helps you.

Also probably not my business but I'm autistic and in university and have been to mainstream college and there's LOTS that can be done to get you an education. I can almost guarantee you're not thick, OP. You likely need Reasonable adjustments. Charities Scope and MenCap can help you with getting these. I even work as a lab technician and I'm autistic and need reasonable adjustments.

There's lots of help you can get. Don't stop fighting for it
