Hi guys, I’m a year 12 who’s aiming to apply for Biomedical Engineering at imperial, and I’m wondering what my chances are.
GCSEs: 99988887 (7 was in rs) (they’re lowk mid, I know - anything I can do to help overlook this?)
current supercurriculars: stem smart (double maths and physics), reading scholars (maths), medtech lectures at imperial and UCL, medtech personal project, university preparation maths courses outside of school, open days.
future extracurriculars: K+, various summer schools, Cambridge maths day, engineering firm work experience, ASTP
extracurriculars: part time maths tutor, I also won a linguistics essay competition
So overall what are my chances realistically, and what can I do to improve them?

Have you been to any of the Imperial open days? Speaking to staff there about what they're looking for from applicants would be the best way to answer your question

Am i cooked with these GSCE grades? Are these competitive or not for imperial: (99999888766) Maths-9 Physics-9 Chem-9 Bio-8 English lit-9 English lan-8 Business-9 Geography-8 DT-7 Spanish-6 Religious studies-6
