uni of liverpool accommodation
which is the best accommodation for students of UoL? in terms of distance from uni (specifically for medicine), price, wifi connection, the rooms etc? where all would you recommend to put as preferences?

Greenbank is the furthest from the uni and quite expensive. Crown Place is a great location but heavily oversubscribed every year. Look at some of the halls offered by private/partner providers such as Student Roost's Capital Gate, IQ Students Great Newton House, etc.

Private is usually much cheaper. Just don't go with Cloud and do check reviews for other places. It's understandable if you'd rather be on campus though. If you do choose private, check they have social activities throughout the year. Oh and unless you love noise, don't go for X1 on David Lewis Street as it's near nightclubs and the council does nothing about them breaking their licence laws regarding excessive noise or anything else.
