Seeking Participants for Airline Travel Survey – Help with My MSc Research!

Hi everyone,

I’m currently conducting research for my MSc dissertation and would really appreciate your help by completing a short survey on service quality and price sensitivity in long-haul travel. The survey takes 10–15 minutes and is open to anyone, whether or not you have flown with a long-haul low-cost airline before.

Your responses will help me analyse how different aspects of service quality influence passenger choice when booking long-haul flights. It is hoped that the results will then enable me to understand how passenger preferences affect choice for long-haul low-cost carriers.

Before starting the survey, you will be provided with a Participant Information Sheet detailing the study’s purpose, and a Consent Statement to ensure you understand your rights as a participant.
