Hospital volunteering interview help

I have an interview next week for a voluntary role in my local hospital, just helping out around the wards, chatting to patients, making hot drinks etc. I have no idea what to expect or how to prepare and was wondering if anyone had done anything similar and could give me some pointers? The interview is online and will last about 15-20 mins, any insight would be very appreciated!
Thanks ☺️

Don’t worry too much about this. They will want to see what you are like so be friendly and yourself. They will want to know a bit more about you so might ask you to talk more about the strengths and experiences and you put on your CV/application. They might want to know why you are applying and what you hope to get out of it. They might ask about what you would do in a difficult situation eg if someone was aggressive or in distress (eg verbally reassure/deescalate and report/refer to a senior asap). They might ask what days and times you are wanting to volunteer and when you could come for an induction etc. They will not expect you to know everything or have tons of experience but they will want to see that you are conscientious, approachable, presentable, a good communicator and reliable. It’s ok to say you don’t have experience of a certain situation or environment but say that you are keen to learn and have shown similar skills or traits in other situations like being on the school council or babysitting. Im sure you will do yourself proud
