HireVue Interview for Santander Internship - Risk and Compliance. Any suggestions?

Hey everyone!

I recently got invited to complete a virtual interactive assessment & a one-way video interview for the Santander Risk & Compliance UK Internship (Milton Keynes). The process is powered by HireVue, and I was wondering if anyone has gone through this before?

A few questions I have:
1️⃣ What kind of questions should I expect? Are they mostly situational, competency-based, or technical?
2️⃣ What is the virtual interactive assessment like?
3️⃣ Any advice for the one-way video interview? Are the questions pre-recorded with a set time to answer, or is there any flexibility? Will we be recorded the whole time throughout the lesson.
4️⃣ Is there anything unexpected that came up for you? Any tricky parts I should prepare for?

I’d really appreciate any insights, tips, or experiences from anyone who’s been through this process with Santander or HireVue in general.
