Triple science GCSE tips?

I'm doing triple science for GCSE(AQA), and I really want to get 8s and 9s, especially in Physics. Is there any way to improve in triple science?

I got a 9 in bio and 8s in chemistry and physics so I think I can answer this. First I made flashcards on everything and got my parents to test me regularly. Then for physics and chemistry I did loads and loads of practice questions as they often ask very very similar questions.
