There seems to be missing a thread of Santander Graduate Scheme for 2025, so I thought I might start one
I have applied to Retail Banking Graduate (Milton) and completed the Online Games and Video interview, and waiting to hear back from them regarding AC.

Good idea. How did you find the video interview? - were the questions more so focussed on your personal experiences, or were they financial services/technical questions.

Hi, how long after completing the assessment were you invited to the HireVue?

From my email, after the completion email of online games, after 10 hours I received video interview invitation email

For which scheme?

Passed the video interview just go told will be AC in March

Did they email u saying you’re shortlisted for AC?

Said i passed VI stage and that they will let me know soon if i am shortlisted for AC as spaces are limited

Nice, how long after the VI did they get back to you? I completed the VI yesterday. Also, which role did you apply for?

did people write a cover letter for the initial application or just send a CV? will not writing a cover letter be an issue?

I thought they didn’t ask for a cover letter? I didn’t see a section where it asked for a cover letter..
