ucl requested for A lvl results as missing info but i dont have it yet?

im an international from singapore and applied with predicted grades. i obv dont have my actual grades yet, so im just wondering why they asked me for this info and why did they said it was missing info, i thought they based it on predicted grades? the only reason i can think of is that my predicted grades weren't sent, but wldnt they have asked for predicted grades instead? also, i already got an offer from manchester, so is it even possible that my predicteds werent sent? if not, why are they even asking for my actual grades so early on and as missing info..

sorry for all the qns, but any idea why this is happening or did anyone have the same experience?

i have alr sent an enquiry using the contact form, but i doubt theyll reply me in time. international calls are expensive so im debating how long i shld wait for their response bfr calling them...

Hi, I don’t think they will discuss on the phone about your admission process.

It might be better email the department directly.

When you say “predicted grade” it’s not just the prediction but it is also your live performance.
How did your school come up with your A level predictions? I didn’t know schools in Singapore teach A levels.??

And what exactly did UCL say about missing documents? It’s usually immigration status and eligibility for home students fee.

hi, they asked me to upload my achieved A level results by 17 feb to see if i was eligible for the programme. i take SIPCAL, but have yet to receive the results so i was wondering if they cld push back the deadline to upload the documents as i will receive them by end feb. (which i also what i will ask when I call them)

Phone them. They can simply look at your application while you are on the phone and sort this out.
Either its a simple mistake on their part (yes, this happens) or possibly the way you have entered your Singapore A levels is confusing them. Don't worry, and don't panic - just get on the phone.
