I turn 25 during block 4 of study, will maintenance loan update for this year?

I turn 25 exactly on 25th August. I’m in my first year of study, also I’m the November intake. The academic calendar consists of 4 block studies. First block is November - January, second block is February - April, third block is May - July (in between block 3 and 4 is summer break) and block 4 is September - November.
The three blocks have modules to study and the 4th block is there for resits or support. My question is, since I turn 25 before the end of my course which is in November, will my maintenance loan update to the maximum amount? Is there a deadline that SFE has in terms of availability to update maintenance loan and independent status?
And if there isn’t, what documents are needed when turning to an independent student? Do they need proof or employment, or what type of documents do they need (if they even need any)
