Functional skills maths exams are not difficult to mark. There are clear right and wrong answers and the required working out is either there or it isn't. Never the less, mistakes can happen in any process managed by people. If you feel certain that it has been marked incorrectly then you should be able to request a clerical check (that will confirm your answers were all marked and the marks were recorded) or a review of marking (where an experienced examiner will verify that you answers have been marked according to the mark scheme). You have a pay a fee for these services that is refunded if your request has a successful outcome. You should speak to the exams administrator at your centre if you want to have your papers checked.
