Bath maths offers

Has anyone had an offer for maths yet? I’m keen to go on an offer day as I might want to firm Bath - hoping for news soon
Hi there OP,

Thanks for your post and its fab to hear you're seriously thinking of Bath as your firm uni 🙂 I know its really frustrating to be waiting on offers, but trust us, no news is good news.

Your unis have until the end of April to get your decisions and offers to you and Bath do tend to be on the late side to give offers out, because of the thorough way we go through your applications. For context, I got my Psych offer in mid-April when I came here. However, just to reassure you that when you receive your decision has absolutely nothing to do with how strong your application is so please don't worry about that.

If you receive an offer please do watch out for your invite to an Offer Holder Day - these are like open days but more tailored to your course and give you the chance to meet students and lecturers, take a look around and potentially have a sample lecture. They're generally a lot of fun and a great chance to get your more specific questions answered so its defo worth booking on!

I hope this helps and wishing you luck!

Haha, how spooky?!

Excellent news though, and huge congratulations on your offer from us! Yes, please do book yourself onto an offer holder day - this will give you the chance to have another explore of the campus, get a feel for the place and to meet some current maths students and lecturers who can answer any questions you have. Try to get a sense of what it would be realistically like being here for 3-4 years and take a look at the city again if you can!

Wishing you the best of luck this year - if you have any more questions in the meantime please shout 🙂

My Son has an offer and is going to the offer holder day on 12th 🙂 (I love Bath 🙂 ) and i'm curious to know (i've put this question on another chat in this group today) if you applied for the 3 year course can you convert that to the 4 year placement in industry/year with partner uni options easily once you begin? Thanks so much.

Hopefully the official rep from Bath can chime in but I think they said on the open day last year that you can
