Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the next academic year 2025/26 due to a change in circumstances. The house is a beautiful 8 bed, 5 bath property in great central Fallowfield location. Decorated to a high spec. DEPOSIT PAID and happy to pay July reduced holding rent too. £140 per week including bills. 7 housemates are friendly, neat and tidy and studying at UoM. Going into year 2 in September. Can email photos on request.
