Computer Science Coursework

For A level Computer Science in the UK, is it possible to resit a year where I only do the coursework/ NEA side of the course or do I have to also resit my exams? My coursework is not the greatest and it will probably drag my grade down. I want to see if I can resit a year where I only do my coursework and not the exam side of things as I believe my exam results will turn out ok. Please can someone provide some information.

i dont think so since the coursework is there alongside the exams, so it's basically like a paper 3. you can resit it the whole thing. also if your coursework isn't the best right now then (maybe not the most helpful but) do try to make the best of it you can, and also the coursework can't drag your grade down. only not doing it will drag ur grade down so just scrape whatever you can.

also reminder, idk if its the same with other boards but ocr counts the coursework only 20%. you can still get an A* with a low coursework score, assuming you have very good paper scores

And the coursework is only 20% for us aswell. One more question. If you resit you're A-levels, do you have to resit both years or can you only resit 1 year? And does resitting allow me to redo coursework?
