Integrated Immunology MSc - US Ungergraduate Student

I am a post-graduate student in the US (although I was born and raised in the UK), and received my BS in Cell and Molecular Biology last May. I am really interested in applying to the Integrated Immunology MSc at Oxford, possibly next year or the year after. I was wondering if there have been any accepted students who applied from the US who would be willing to share their stats and and experiences that helped them in being accepted. I graduated with a 3.65/4.0 GPA, and am currently deciding between two research positions- one more wet lab biochemistry research, and the other more clinical. Any insight at all would be appreciated, thank you.
