KCL Student tenancy takeover - Angel Lane Ensuite

Hey all!

I am currently an exchange student at King's College London and looking for someone to take over my lease at Unite Students - Angel (KCL students only) from 12th April 2025. It is £268 per week with all utilities (including a 1Gbps internet for all those who like low & stable ping). It is very close to the Stratford Station and the Westfield Shopping centre (barely a 2 min walk).

The room has a spacious double bed, desk & chair, plenty of storage space, also comes along with a shower & lavatory. The kitchen/common area has a couch and dining table along with other kitchen appliances and has plenty of space for everyone to cook at the same time. It comes with all the basic appliances along with a microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The flatmates are really nice people and come from 6 different countries.

The residence has a cinema room, multiple laundry rooms, common areas and quiet study spaces. It also has a manned reception who are always there to collect your packages and tend to your needs.

I currently have a lease and looking for someone to takeover from 12th April . The lease runs till 21st June but can be extended till 6th September according to your convenience.
