Can you lose around 2 stone in 14 weeks?

I’m around 69kg and I’m a 5ft 7 female. I go on holiday in three months and I’m hoping to lose just about 2 stone in that time. If not less. Definitely want to be at least 60kg by then. Im on day 3 of doing a calorie deficit, going the gym, 10k steps a day and drinking at least 2 litres of water.
On Saturday I have my first PT session which I’m nervous about but also excited. Because I’m scared she’s going to say my goals unrealistic. My nutrition isn’t the best as I always crave a sweet treat but I’m trying to completely cut sugar out.

If you want to lose weight and keep weight off you should not be cutting sugar out, it’s completely unsustainable. You need to be incorporating the foods you love into that deficit. I find buying like mini packets of sweets or smaller chocolate bars (like multipack) can help with this. The recommended max amount to lose is 1-2lbs a week w/ 2lbs being about a kilo much more is not considered healthy. 2 stone is about 13kg which in theory would be doable although pushing it, your aim of 60kg is probably more realistic.

You also need to consider going to the gym you will be building muscle so if the scale isn’t reflecting the work you are putting in don’t take it too hard. Take weekly update photos of yourself ideally in the same clothes and lighting for comparison as that tends to be the easiest way to compare x

Learn about insulin and how it stops the body from burning fat.

So that could be realistic for some people, depending on genetics, exercise and stress. Remember that you are actually a healthy weight. I weigh the same but am 5ft5. I currently run 4 times a week and go to the gym, and I am working with a pt. I would say, rather than set a weight goal set a body composition goal. For example, my goal is to have a more muscly back and loose some of the fat around my legs. This will reduce any disappointment you may get if you aren't 60kg by 14 weeks. So while it is possible, you maybe should alter your goals slightly.
My main issue with my weight has been that when I am going through stresses I gain quite a bit and struggle to lose it, so reducing stress (I know it's easier said than done) will really improve how you are feeling in your own body and potential fat loss. Also remember that some of that weight will be muscle. I like to look at the likes of Christine Ohuruogu, she won silver medal in 400-metres in the olympics, her BMI was over 27 which is overweight. Looking at people like her reminds me that weight is just a number, it's about mindset at dedication.
