Declining an unconditional offer - impact on chance in clearing for same again?

Hi. Does anyone have knowledge or experience of Portsmouth’s or Southampton’s admissions systems??

1.

If I decline an unconditional UCAS offer, can I apply for the same course again in clearing (it’s usually in clearing) and still be considered?

2.

If I decline a conditional UCAS offer, can I apply for the same course again in clearing (it’s usually in clearing) and still be considered if I lose or decline my firm and insurance choice after results day?

Any advice, tips or suggestions appreciated. Please advise me!!!!

Nice easy one, it’s yes and yes.

If they’re trying to fill places via clearing they’re not going to be holding any grudges, and they would likely prefer you over Johnny New Clearing Applicant.
