Coventry University Refund

I apply for the refund on last weak after some days i get mail from uni that they rejected my refund because of
.The bank details quoted do not match the supported evidence.
If payment was made through your exchange company via Convera, you would need to input the exchange company’s bank details.
.If payment was made by card through Convera, you are required to provide the credit/debit card details.
.The email you are using to contact us is not authorised on the student’s account.
But i already gave them all details then i reapplied by refund but after some days i then get rejected email from uni now what i need to do?

Might have to call them possibly and see what exactly they want.

@Coventry University Student Ambassadors, is this something you can shed light on please?
