yes, i am actually a medicine student who applied here as my fifth option (so I applied before the october deadline)
my interview is this time next week (19th february) - feeling very nervous because I am so unprepared and have no idea what pharmacy interviews are like and whether they are similar to medicine in anyway. hoping to crack down during the half term.
if you guys have any tips on how to prepare, any topics i need to be aware of, i'd be so grateful because i dont think my med interviews went well at all so I really hope to get this option!

Yurr I got an interview on the 18th. Its rlly important u understand what pharmacy is. I'm also smone who applied to med, doing research into pharmacy will take 2 days minimum to get a good grasp on what ur dealing with. Its very different to everything that I ever initially thought. Questions that u can get asked like why pharmacy and why at kings are significant I believe. They may even ask questions related to some common drugs like paracetomaol and NSAIDS (drugs like to ibuprofen). There also may be questions such as clinical interaction-based as well as community pharmacy ones too. Also, very important that you know the difference between pharmacy and pharmacology. Like I see it everywhere, its a question they may ask. Also the fact they chose u suggests they may have seen smth that appeals to them in ur personal statement (which I assume is more of a med one like mine). In my PS I'm quite certain they spotted my dissertation in natural products in medicine which outlines my interest in research. So identify what it cld be they saw in ur PS, as they may question u on it. I hope it goes well for you and me both.

i wrote about research i did into factors affecting vitamin absorbency for a CREST project in school which may be what they picked up on so i will make sure to read up on that asw

just a general question, are there any good websites where you did your research into drugs and pharmacy interview questions in general that may be helpful for me to look at??

I think last year they said smtj abt kings interviewing early applicants first or smth.

Apart from 30 mins and online. Not sure. Check the kings website itself, according to last year there weren’t rlly any surprise questions. Only questions u would expect based on what the kings website says.

Wdym turned up. Like clicked the link on the email right. To join the teams interview right. U didn’t acc go to Kcl did u😭😭. If they didn’t turn up to the teams interview than ur fine dw. Just call them later or call the university itself.
