To study masters in psychology in germany

I am actually from nepal and having finished my bachelor's degree a few months back I am planning to continue studying psychology in germany and I actually have no idea where and how to begin! Also are the courses taught in English?? How about the scholarship available and how do I even apply?could anyone just please give me an idea!!
