Am i a failure???
I am a teen I study pretty hard to succeed in life my mom, on the other hand, got out of high school with a percentage of 79% she didn't finish college or any school she got hired as a bus supervisor my older sister is in collage she study's pretty hard her GPA is very high my mom always compares me to her today I had a science exam I got a 23\25 if I tell my mom I got 23\25 she will say I am a failure and say I only have one daughter when i went back home that's what she told me that's so unfair

Hello! First off I want to say, congratulations on the 23/25!! I’m proud of you as that’s amazing and you should hopefully be as well! Grading systems change all the time so it could’ve been easier in the past to get high grades and I would say it’s harder now. In my opinion, as hard as it is, you shouldn’t compare the start of your journey to anyone else’s. You are trying your best and that’s all that matters as your grade doesn’t define you- You’re not a failure. Im sorry to hear about your mum, it sounds like she has very high expectations of you and that can be very difficult to cope with but like I said, 23/25 is really really good! In my experience, Even if your mum doesn’t support you, you trying to be better with every grade is more than good enough! Please congratulate yourself and don’t let your mum get to you because you are doing so well!! My messages are always open if you wanted any support

23/25 IS GOOD! ofc it may not be what u want it to be but there's always room for improvement. u said u study pretty hard, that good! just keep doing that. keep trying u'll get to where u want to be in the end. the most important thing is to not give up. NEVER THINK UR A FAILURE!! if ur not getting ideal results maybe u should change something in ur revision technique.
