Lose 10 kg in 3 months

I’m getting a personal trainer this week, I have my first session. I am a slim build. But I’ve put on around 2 stone in the last year. Will I lose it in 3 months?

i’m not sure how old you are but the max you should be losing per week is 1kg to lose weight healthily, so you could definitely lose up to 10kg in three months as long as you’re in a caloric deficit

I have this same goal. Gained the 10kg because I went back to eating sugary snacks. FML.

Let’s hope we can both do this! I’ve not ate sugar in a week and don’t plan eating it for a long time. Hopefully I’ll be okay!

Good for you. I think I might be addicted. Just had 2 cone icecreams. I registered in the gym this week and will go at least 3 times a week with some IF. Hopefully they help. Prior to this week, the last time I went to the gym was 2 years ago but still managed to keep the weight off. So sugar is definitely the culprit.

That’s great that you’re starting with a personal trainer! 💪 Losing 2 stone (about 28 lbs) in 3 months is possible, but it depends on factors like your diet, workout intensity, and consistency. A safe and sustainable weight loss rate is about 1-2 lbs per week, so while you may not lose the full 2 stone in 3 months, you’ll definitely make great progress if you stay dedicated!
Since you’re hitting the gym, focusing on both strength training and cardio will help with fat loss while building muscle. Also, read blogs at Muscle & Gym can be super helpful for workout ideas, nutrition tips, and motivation along the way. Keep pushing, and you’ll see great results! 💪🔥

10 kg in three months is an ambitious, but possible goal. You can do it with an adapted diet and a good coach

I have done it to be honest, it will be hard for the first 1 week but after that it's fine and you get used to it. The way I did was fasting so I will eat 2 meals a day at like 1pm and 6pm and then make sure to fast 12 hours only drinking water. In the 2 meals just eat something healthy and a low portion dont just cut out all carbs etc. Do the personal trainer and then just literally walk, walking is the best way to lose weight and relatively quickly, do 10k steps. You should drop 10kg in 2 months if you're consistent. Took me 50 days but I was very consistent

well, you could lose that in less than a month if you tried hard enough. but that’s all meaningless if you're just going to go back to stuffing your face and gaining it all back afterward. so yeah, permanent diet and exercise changes are super important.
