Lloyds Banking Group Corporate Banking & Markets Internship 2025

Hey Guys, This is a thread for anyone who has applied to LLoyds banking internships for 2025. I completed the JIA back in December and I received an email last week saying that they will get back to me with an outcome in March. Just wondering if anyone else has received a rejection or offer after the JIA for any internship.

Hi, I just got a mail to do the JIA, good you give me some advice on what was asked?

Heya, honestly did it back in December don’t quite remember but from the top of my head the JIA was quite straight forward just behavioural questions like what would u do in this scenario, some competency questions about why you are interested in the role. But tbh it was mainly like they would give u scenario and some information to read for you to talk about your decision. Other than the video interview questions it was similar to the first online assessment. What internship have u applied for?

I still haven't heard back for JIA yet... am I screwed?

I think they’re still deciding and will probs give out outcomes in March. - that’s what the email they sent me said. Did u get the same email? Also what role did u apply for?

I applied for a role back in December as well. Haven't heard back anything either on the JIA - still on "selection outcome pending" i'm not hopeful tho lol

How come you're not hopeful after the JIA?

It was not crazy difficult or anything, but I was never that committed and every other job I applied to got back to me in MAX a month. I just tend to operate on the basis that if it's been over a month, they're probably not that interested in me. IM sure you'll be fine tho 🙂 good luck!!

They did say that outcomes after JIA are given in March so the longer wait is justified tbh, nothing to do with your performance

Yeah it is one of them, but gotta wait and see I guess
