Will my uni write a bad reference to my landlord
Basically my landlord has asked for a reference, and I am worried my uni will write a bad reference about me, as once my direct debit declined so I was unable to pay rent and once my room was messy while they would doing room inspections.
Just nervous as this is the only room I can afford as everything is out of my budget..

Will the uni really provide a reference for this, I’m surprised they want to get drawn in to this sort of administration. The Landlord may have specific questions they are hoping will be answered. Current outstanding dept or persistent late payment I image are the areas of interest. As long as your debt was temporary and it was just messiness I doubt what they would write will hold you back.
