Marsh McLennan Graduate Scheme 2025

Haven't seen a marsh graduate thread for 2025 yet. I've applied for the Broker role in London.

I completed my VI on Sunday last week and have just received an AC invite today for the 28th Feb.

Hello, may I know if you are applying to the Marsh Graduate Programme, or the Guy Carpenter Graduate Programme? Also, may I know if you meant by Sunday last week, was it around 9 Feburary? Thank you!

Hey, I applied to the Marsh programme. I did my VI on the 9th and received my invitation on the 13th.

I have my AC on the 28th of Feb, they might be holding more ACs on a rolling basis.

It's kinda surprising that it took them a month to get back to us from our initial application. But only took them 3 days to review the video interview.

By any chance could you tell me the format of the AC, like whether it will consist of group discussion those stuff.

Thank you! Yh it's quite odd. Was very surprised to hear back so quickly after my VI.

It consists of a group task, a presentation and an interview. The AC isn't very long. Arrival between 9:30-9:45 and finishes at around 2.

They provide lunch and also £100 for travel expenses.

It's just the Marsh Graduate Programme, not the Marsh Advisory Academy Programme. But have you received anything from the advisory one?

I applied for a graduate role in Bristol February 10th and haven't heard anything back since. They're still taking applications but I haven't even been rejected or on to the next stage. Did this happen to any of you?
