Offers for Durham and St Andrews

Hi my son has applied for both Durham and St Andrews uni to study physics. He still hasn’t heard from either.
Has anyone received offers from either of these unis for physics yet?

Hi, I received an offer for physics at Durham but I am also still waiting to hear back from St Andrews!

Congrats do you mind me asking what predicted grades you have? My son has been predicted 4 A stars yet his peer with lower predicted grades has received an offer and he hasn’t

BSc here.
I haven't seen anyone hear back from St Andrews for physics. So fingers crossed!

i had applied to st andrews for theoretical physics honours with integrated masters and i heard back from them in december. hope your son gets in too!

Same here - 3A* pred, but BSc. There seems to be a number of applicants who have yet to hear 🤞

Very similar situation doesn’t seem to be any consistency with sending out the offers. It’s very stressful

My daughter waiting on St Andrews for Astrophysics ..... had offers from Edinburgh, Birmingham, Bath and Cardiff.

thank you! im an international applicant and my grades are predicted (it's school policy to not share our predicted grades with us, but I believe it's either A*AA or A*A*A). I still have to meet the conditional offer though 😭

Hi, I had 3A* and an A predicted but one of them was further maths, which they often like for physics- I hope your son hears back soon!

I just got a St Andrews MPhys offer on UCAS but my application portal still says 'pending decision', is this normal that it hasn't updated or is UCAS incorrect?
