Everyone's situation is different so if u feel like this won't help plz ignore. U might need to be honest with yourself, if they kept u would anything change (will u work harder to attend and look for ways to help cope)if so tell them how and be honest if u know nothing will change then think abt what u want in life.
Do u want to be in sixth form and study? Or would U prefer to get a job? Would U like to do a certain course/ apprenticeship? Do u want to go to uni? No option is better than another.
And keep in mind that in life there's not just one way to go were we wanna go.
I did the same, it was 4 and half hrs ago and it took a while but now I'm so glad I'm alive. They're were times I wasn't sure but I promise for all the dark moments there will be light filled ones.
Plz hang on, and I wish nothing but the best for u 💜

I am sorry that you are feeling that. It is normal to feel that way, and I am pretty sure your anxiety is through the roof. Take a deep breath, and it can be overwhelming. I hope the meeting with your mum will go well, despite all of what is happening. Does your mum know why you haven't been attending classes? Have you been opening up with her? Does your college provide help to students, especially to those who have mental health issues? Have you been diagnosed with anxiety? Anxiety is a mental illness and is a disability. Maybe if you put this forward to your college, they may consider giving you another chance—they may offer you to take a break and come back another year. Speak to your college about what options they have. I hope everything goes well with you xo
