French Tutoring - best place to advertise?

Hi All,

I'm a graduate of GCSE and A-level French with additional internationally certified higher level french exams (in Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking) completed in Paris. (Currently based in Paris)

I have tutored in the UK for over 8 years before pausing due to my day job commitments.

I have restarted tutoring, and I'm looking for best places to advertise, specifically for students due to the upcoming exam periods in the summer.

Would anyone be able to offer any advice? I am currently in contact with some schools in Essex, and I have advertised on Facebook etc. In the process a friend of mine reminded me of the Student Room and advised it may be a good place to ask!

Any advice is welcome!

Thanks in advance.

Probably better off advertising on other platforms.

Or in terms of TSR, a good thing could be to browse the forums and help students directly in the forums.

foreign languages study help or gcses or a-levels might have unanswered threads on French that you can answer.

Thanks much appreciated!

If you have suggestions or examples of other platforms, it would be much appreciated!

I don’t tutor or mentor so I’m not sure but I guess that there’s platforms like Facebook, X, MyTutor etc.
